In the summer of 2007, just after graduating from RCS, I left Romulus and Seneca County for Seattle University in Seattle, Washington.  Now, four years later, preparing to graduate with my majors in Political Science and Photography, I find myself on the verge of another adventure.  My class work and experiences in Tijuana, Mexico and Cape Town, South Africa have shown me how much a safe and secure home can improve the lives of people around the world.   I have found a chance to join with others to make a difference here at home.   I will be joining a team of 30 other young people on June 18th to ride our bicycles from Portland, Maine to Santa Barbara, California, in order to raise money and awareness for affordable housing projects.
