In the summer of 2007, just after graduating from RCS, I left Romulus and Seneca County for Seattle University in Seattle, Washington.  Now, four years later, preparing to graduate with my majors in Political Science and Photography, I find myself on the verge of another adventure.  My class work and experiences in Tijuana, Mexico and Cape Town, South Africa have shown me how much a safe and secure home can improve the lives of people around the world.   I have found a chance to join with others to make a difference here at home.   I will be joining a team of 30 other young people on June 18^th to ride our bicycles from Portland, Maine to Santa Barbara, California, in order to raise money and awareness for affordable housing projects.
